It will no longer show you past classes taken. ### 1/5 — Difficult to navigate *2022-01-12, version 5.0.5* Hard to see /navigate I wish I could see waitlist and transparency of where I am on the waitlist ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2022-01-12, version 5.0.5* I would really like to be able to see the waitlist and where I fall on the list. ### 2/5 — Poorly functioning app for an otherwise good brand *2022-01-07, version 5.0.5* I’ve been a member of red effect for a total of 3 days and I’m already sooo annoyed with this app. Functionality basics I would expect from a fitness studio app: - ability to add registered class to calendar (this is HUGE!) - see waitlist status - calendar view for registered classes - track workout data, point/ earned, number of classes attended, etc. - see if a class is waitlisted before signing up - see packages and billing/receipts Please, please improve this programming. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2021-08-03, version 5.0.5* Worst app ever. It’s always “temporarily unavailable” and when it does actually work the filter option tends to disappear. It doesn’t have a continuous scroll so it pauses when it reaches the end of the page. It doesn’t show the class capacity or waitlist number. It’s very archaic and needs someone with a brain to fix it or create a new one. ### 1/5 — Needs updates *2021-07-29, version 5.0.5* This app is extremely poor quality. You cannot see whether or not your on the waitlist until after you’ve signed up, you cannot see if the class is full, how many people etc., you cannot even see how many people are on the waitlist. Held the time I get a 503 error message that the app does not work. This needs to be updated to reflect the quality of the workouts and studios which are top notch- this app on the other hand is definitely not ### 1/5 — Great Workout - Lousy App *2021-07-08, version 5.0.5* Love love love the Red Effect workout and facilities, but the App needs some major revision/updates. Sone suggestions are: - I’d like to be able to book a class and a follow-up sauna on the same screen. As the App is currently configured the user has to back out and book each activity separately. - Every time I book a sauna I’m put on a “wait list” but never know how many others are ahead of me in the queue. Very frustrating. - When booking a fitness class I’d like to know how many others are already signed up. On the positive side, I do appreciate knowing who the fitness Coach will be when I schedule. There is real potential to make this App as great as the Red Effect workouts and facilities. Please get ‘er done! ### 1/5 — LOVE the classes; app is outdated *2021-04-23, version 5.0.5* The app is super outdated, my only request would be to show the number of people in each class & how many are allowed total (for example if 8 registered in a class of 12, it would look like 8/12). Also, if there’s a waitlist, for it to say full & have the number of people in the waitlist. ### 1/5 — APP out of the 80s *2021-04-10, version 5.0.5* It feels like using an Atari, very basic, no feature to see how many people in front of you, just says waitlisted. So I have to sign up cancel and sign up then cancel to see if I'm in a class.
