## What is RED Habits?

Welcome to RED Habits! 

Since reading the Bible and praying can feel overwhelming to many young teens, we've designed RED Habits to help guide middle school students through their personal times of Bible reading and prayer. The goal of the Habits is to read just one chapter from the Bible every day and to understand and pray through what God's word is saying.
