An Unexpected Error has Occurred. This is happening on my iPhone 11. Also tested an iPhone X & iPhone SE3. I thought it may be due to the phones display setting being in zoomed but it made no difference, the same problem is occurring. (The display seems to slide upwards until it is almost completely off the screen.
