I started using this about a year ago. It seems to help with vision. Especially photophobia. However, when I first started using it, I liked how the time I can just floated around the picture. I followed it with my eyes to get full benefit. As well, there was very nice music. Now there is not. It’s really too bad as that’s what said it apart.

That is the good one, simple and helpful. The only thing I wish that the timer wouldn’t crawl over the whole screen but sit somewhere in the corner
