Change color when I’m supposed to press *2025-05-15* Grey is greyed out and not ready ### 2/5 — My açaí bowl was not very good today. *2022-08-08* My açaí bowls are usually very well made and tasty. However, todays bowl is extremely runny and not It just doesn’t taste very good. I have been buying them for quite some time and this is the first time I have been extremely disappointed. I will try again for a better bowl and hopefully it will be delicious again. ### 4/5 — The Greatest Yogurt but App needs work *2020-11-06* We are crazy for the frozen yogurt! The mango and white peach are amazing! The nuttiness of the Tarro with fresh coconut is awesome! The staff has been amazing as well. The things that I am disappointed about is the rewards. I was not able to use the first $2 and have ordered on the app around 8 times with no rewards. I sent an email asking about it with no response. Also, the app needs to be updated. You need to know what the choices are for the day. The other guy (the younger guy) is terrible. I wish I knew his name! He’s so unpleasant,slow and inconsiderate! I placed my order from 11:30am on app and he came late to work and it’s 12:30 and I’m just getting my bowls. He knew we ordered from ahead and he kept taking payments of other people who came in and slowed down our order,i got melted Acai bowls. This is not the first he’s done this. I hate leaving bad reviews but this needed to be said. Everytime we go there it’s always something with him. There are other places now that I am frequenting more because of their rewards program. I emailed Red Mango and didn’t even receive an acknowledgment response. And doesn’t look like I will get a response here either.
