### 1/5 — App not working

*2022-02-16, version 2.3*

Step 1 of the guide states to download this app. This is the only app I see and it’s title is recipes.
It will not allow me to get past the Home Screen. Also does not state I can track meals. What’s up??

### 1/5 — App Changed

*2022-02-13, version 2.3*

The app changed. It used to allow you to log in your food and keep track of the eating plan RM had you on, and then it randomly changed to this crap. Not really helpful.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2022-02-10, version 2.3*

in addition to no more water/food tracker, it just doesn’t open. you can get to the first page, but that’s it. can’t click any recipes to open. completely useless

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work… at all 😒

*2022-02-06, version 2.3*

This app is useless. It doesnt work at all. Very disappointed

### 1/5 — App does not work

*2022-02-06, version 2.3*

This was the only Red Mountain weight loss app I could find and it does not work. Only takes you to the website not somewhere where you can track your foods water intake and progress.

### 1/5 — Unresponsive App

*2022-01-29, version 2.3*

This app works maybe 3% of the time. Extremely frustrating. Not user friendly. Buttons hardly ever function. Needs extreme revitalization.

### 1/5 — Terrible!!

*2022-01-21, version 2.3*

The app won’t let me click on any of the recipes. I close out of the app and refresh. Same thing. Don’t waste your time. Save yourself the headache and don’t download this!

### 1/5 — False advertising if not fixed

*2021-11-07, version 2.3*

Fix the app as promised - otherwise this program is false advertising

I can HCG and shots from any clinic - I went to Red Mountain because of the app and commitment to encouragement/check ins. Those two things aren’t happening it looks like.

Please fix app immediately and develop an encouragement/check in plan for your patients. Revitalize collects weights daily, sends daily encouragement texts and then we had formal weekly check ins.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2021-10-31, version 2.3*

I used this app to track my weight loss. Where did my last two months of tracking my weight loss go? I’m so bummed I didn’t log it anywhere else!! Why did you take that part off? This app with the recipes is great however all of my history for two months is gone!?! Please put back the weight loss tracker with my history.

### 1/5 — bring old version back

*2021-10-24, version 2.3*

please restore all of my information that was tracked

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-10-20, version 2.2*

Just redirects you to the Website.

### 1/5 — Pointless app

*2021-10-20, version 2.2*

This is the dumbest app. It was a robust, weight loss helping guide. Now it’s just a cookbook with bad recipes

### 1/5 — No nutritional information included

*2021-10-18, version 2.2*

There is no nutritional information included with the recipes, at least none I could find. This is not a good way to keep on track

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2021-10-15, version 2.2*

You can’t log your food, calories, water, steps or anything! Which goes directly against why you go to Red Mountain. You hold yourself accountable and track your progress. Not anymore. Advised me to go to another app that’s $10 a month.
Not cool. I’m not happy.

### 1/5 — Nothing Special

*2021-10-12, version 2.1*

Would prefer to be able to track intake and progress. It would be nice if it was more of a community and progress app than a cookbook

### 1/5 — Bring the old app back

*2021-10-12, version 2.1*

Logging and tracking my food and points was why I used the app. Why you removed this feature is beyond me. So many places on line to find recipes to cook from. Just get rid of the app if this is all you get. Pointless.

### 1/5 — Nothing like the old version

*2021-10-07, version 2.0*

This app is now completely different so not sure how they call it an “update.” All my old data has been wiped out.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad and outdated UI

*2023-05-22, version 2.4*

I really wanted to like this app! But app freezes on iPhone and iPad. Unable to scroll without constant reloading and reverting back to the top of page. Search terms metadata is terrible. I have to force close the app after spending some time on it. Entire app needs a UI overhaul! No update for 9 months and no responses from developers? As much money as we spend on Red Mountain products they should hire an IT team who knows what they're doing. Red Mountain has enough customer service workers. This reflects bad on the company and CEO, please get with the times and make some changes stat!

### 1/5 — Dazed and confused

*2022-07-31*

Why does RM not have a login prior to making an attempt to find a recipe. Shouldn’t it be login, shop, manage subscription, recipes, contact RM, appointments, logout etc. no I didn’t think this through but a good group of people should be able to make the app more user friendly. Thank you

### 1/5 — Needs improvement

*2022-07-06, version 2.3*

I was really hoping this app would actually allow you to track your meals, calorie intake, etc. but it only routes you to their website to print a PDF for tracking. Would be nice to be able to save the recipes on the site too for quick reference later on. Also, the app freezes often and doesn’t work at all. I paid a lot for the RM3 program so this tool would be great if it were enhanced.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2022-06-30, version 2.3*

Won’t open after downloaded. With all the money you charge for HCG and all other diet products needed to loose weight you could at least have a decent app that works!!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2022-06-22, version 2.3*

None of the links work to navigate through the app

### 1/5 — Return previous app

*2022-06-09, version 2.3*

My complete journey and daily tracking was in the previous app. It has been replaced with your website. This is devastating to lose not only my historical journey but the resource. Not good at all. There was no warning saying an update would eradicate my history. Had there been, I would have documented my milestones. Big letdown.

### 1/5 — Could be sooo much better.

*2022-04-10, version 2.3*

The app hardly works. I’m not even sure why RM suggests it to anyone. It takes forever to load, if it even does, and when it does the content isn’t even that helpful. It isn’t user friendly and in my opinion the app should include a meal and weigh in log not just recipes that aren’t easy to follow.

### 1/5 — App???? Zero stars for this movement

*2022-03-21, version 2.3*

Where is the old app???? This one is a load of crap! How do we help ourselves without a way to track our food and measurements and such? And then to tell me to use the fitness pal which you have to pay for? Really? Bring back the old app….

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2022-02-28, version 2.3*

Food tracker is not accessible through app you have to download a pdf and then track food that through the pdf app. Defeats purpose

### 1/5 — Garbage App

*2022-02-20, version 2.3*

App doesn’t deserve one star. The directions in book tell you to log water and food intake in the app. Download the app and nothing works, not even an option for logging anything. The money I am spending as are others should easily find this feature. Ridiculous

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — Update took put the scanner

*2020-03-01, version 1.47*

I took away one star because i really enjoyed this app. I had a whole bunch of foods scanned and saved and, now, with this new updated took that away. I cant find the scanner if there is one to use to calculate what i am eating. Please, bring back the scanner portion of the app. The rest is fine.

### 4/5 — Worked great yesterday

*2020-02-27, version 1.46*

Today I had an update and now everything in list format is a black bar and all text is whited out. Today it’s unusable. Hope it’s fixed again soon.

### 4/5 — Please fix the crash!

*2018-04-12, version 1.40*

Love the app. However, it crashes when I try to log my exercise. The search capabilities could be improved. If I type Kirkland Chicken (to find the canned chicken), it returns everything Kirkland and everything chicken.

### 3/5 — Update

*2020-11-14, version 1.50*

I love the program so far, but the app could use some help. Like
1) Don’t load after ever 1/2 what ever I put in. It’s really hard and time consuming to wait when you are putting in as simple as 5 oz of protein etc.
2) You really need to add Garmin devices in the app they are way superior in an a tracking devices available than your other options. OR let us manual enter in the steps.
That is all I have for now

### 3/5 — Fitbit

*2019-06-27, version 1.43*

I’m having trouble getting my Fitbit and the app to connect together. Is there a fix coming for this?

### 3/5 — Wish for Capability

*2018-10-12, version 1.40*

Not bad. The journaling, weight logging, and picture taking is a unique touch. I like the recipe recommendations. I’d like to have the app show treatment dates and log supplements. I also agree with wishing the food tracker would show how much of each category I’ve consumed each day.

### 3/5 — Measurements

*2015-04-02, version 1.2*

Would love to be able to track my measurements on the tape measure icon instead of just seeing my starting weight.

### 2/5 — Awful

*2021-10-12, version 2.1*

Lost all my tracking information. This new app is useless to me

### 2/5 — Meh

*2021-10-10, version 2.1*

I wish we still had the option for logging your daily intake & the calories of each, that was the most helpful of this app previously

### 2/5 — Logging food is cumbersome.

*2020-02-27, version 1.46*

Too bad you don’t offer “add yesterday” for a meal or remember the favorites you eat frequently for a meal.
