However, whilst the video clip option works well, the audio clip option does not. The file comes out corrupt and cannot be read by VLC or Windows media player, nor can it be converted to say MP3 or four as the file is in error. Shame. Nor in the App Store. Says you can't do most things with the first version. Adding from contacts is flawed it adds the wrong number not the selected number. It also try's to add the international prefix even if there is already a prefix and then won't let you correct it. This could do better if they worked on their offer. Not recommended currently. ### 1/5 — Wha? *2016-10-23, version 1.4.1* As far as I can tell, this app does absolutely nothing except display ads. You cannot send a test, you can't send a message. Nothing. Don't see any clear instructions, either. ### 1/5 — sputnik *2016-08-16, version 1.4.0* Great concept but impossible to work out how to upgrade to the PRO version. The free version is too limited to be of any use. I've had emails back and forth with the developer trying to upgrade to the PRO version but after four weeks I've given up. Also the pictures in the user guide don't correspond to what I see on my screen and some of the festures in the user gude aren't even in the App I've got. ### 1/5 — Unsure about this app *2015-11-23, version 1.3.7* I have set it up to send alerts to police and people I know. But there is no way of testing it works without sending an alert. Besides which the instructions are unclear and I can not see how to send an alert. I would be grateful if the developers of this app could make it much clearer how to send an alert and exactly who it contacts if you do pls. A fair amount of money to pay for something that doesn't give guidance on how it might work to keep you safe. I'm sufficiently annoyed that I want a refund. Couldn't find a cost for that either... Total rip off. Only to find out after the purchase when added to a second family phone on my account that it wants me to purchase the pro version again. It specifically states family sharing up to 6 users. I need to know who to contact about this, Apple? Ultimate Communication Software LTD? Don’t make this purchase until this problem is resolved. Family sharing is turned on, on my iPhone. So idk what the problem is. ### 1/5 — Red Panic Button *2018-03-16, version 1.4.101* I bought it for the Apple Watch connection. If I use it on my watch, I have to push send on iPhone to actually send the message. Not much use if I can‘t get to the phone. Right now it is a good idea, but a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Useless *2017-12-05, version 1.4.9* Needed way for stroke victim spouse to contact me when around the house. Stroke victims have a hard time sequencing multiple steps. On iOS this requires five separate steps to navigate to send a panic alert. Good luck even for the young and healthy, especially in a panic situation. On multiple occasions it's simply went to a settings screen which could not be unlocked. It could be a great idea if the panic button was on the opening home screen and did not require any further navigation. ### 1/5 — Nothing *2017-11-04, version 1.4.8* Tried it with several emails. I found and added the app after nearly bleeding to death the previous fall. I wasn't aware that I have an arterial disease that causes the arteries to hemorrhage. One evening, in the fall, I was alone, when I was overcome by excruciating pain. I couldn't stand, nor could I talk, so I couldn't get help. My daughter walked in just as I was losing consciousness. I was in intensive care for five days and in the hospital for three additional days. Last summer, symptoms of internal bleeding reappeared. My blood pressure was much too low. I pushed the panic button. Notices were sent out. An ambulance arrived, and so did my husband and our daughter. Due to Red Panic, I got to the hospital fast enough to get the hemorrhaging under control and avoid permanent brain injury, stroke, another prolonged hospitalization, ventilator, intubation,.. ### 5/5 — Excellent. *2015-10-25, version 1.3.6* This App does what it claims it does. Highly recommended for personal safety. However, to the developer(s): on the widget could you please place the red button in the center iPhone 6S Plus iOS 9.1. I understand that may sound pedantic to some, but aesthetics and order on a device is important to some also.
