Once done you cannot use that to log back in. It always says invalid email/password. Reset my password multiple times but still wont let you log in even with the new password. I feel like they just wanna take your email id for their record and sell your email ID out. ### 1/5 — In-App Preorder *2026-01-03* I wanted to share feedback about my recent preorder experience at Red Ribbon last New Year’s Eve 2025-2026. I placed my order days ahead through the app for our New Year Media Noche celebration, so I expected everything to be ready when I arrived. Instead, nothing had been prepared yet. One of the crew members asked if I could wait for 5 minutes, which I agreed to since I had time and didn’t want to ruin the festive mood. After waiting, no one came out to update me, and it became clear they had forgotten about my preorder. I kept myself busy on my phone, assuming it was still being prepared, but more than 45 minutes passed with no communication. Eventually, I went to the cashier to follow up, and only then did they start getting my cakes and palabok ready. It ended up being over 30 minutes of unnecessary waiting. I was frustrated, but I chose not to say anything because I didn’t want to bring that energy into the holiday. Preorders — especially those placed days in advance — should be prioritized and ready upon customer arrival. Many people order ahead to save time, especially those who are working or on tight schedules. If I had been on my way to work, this delay would have caused a major issue. I hope this location can retrain staff on the importance of handling advance orders properly. Customers rely on preorder services for convenience, and orders should be acknowledged, prepared, and ready on time. ### 3/5 — Ordering in this is a waste of time *2025-12-31* I love this place and would never talk bad about the quality of product. But, I placed my order way ahead of time using the app but arrived to the store way after my pickup time, to be told that my order was not ready because I ordered all beef empanadas. It was made faster than advertised, warm and delicious. Overpriced ### 1/5 — Ube cake *2024-09-22* I bought a cake Sept.19,2024 late in the afternoon at Red Ribbon Concord Branch.. after one day the cake get bad even its refrigerated.. we only have one slices of it.i am expecting to last at least a couple of days in the refrigerator.. what a waste of money..$34.95 ### 1/5 — Incomplete order *2024-03-01* I ordered 3 boxes of empanadas with 2 packs mamon for pickup but was given only 1 box empanada. Usually when I order empanadas, they don't finish on time so this time I came an hour late so I trusted that the order was ready only to be given incomplete order.
