I bank with them so therefore I have to use the app, within reason of if it works or not. The app consistently crashes at least once a month on average sometimes 2 and 3 times a month!! Every time I use it I have to wonder is it gonna crash or let me see my balance!?! I love the customer service of the Bank but the app is so horrible!! I have att as a provider and the apple 15 pro max 1 tb, so device and service provider is not an issue!! As well as high speed internet at home and it the app always crashes like clock work. The 1800 number pre say is the best option for checking your accounts!!!!!!!!!!!! SAD but HONEST!!!! It’s still right now is crashing!!! For one whenever they updated their app only for it to still be bad, I remember I couldn’t access my money at all while they were still updating for days at a time. If you don’t mind having to call them every time you want to pay your credit card and give them all your info and SSN each time this is the financial institution for you. They will tell you one thing on the phone then do the opposite.
