The mobile deposit rarely works and will say you’ve already deposited a check when you haven’t. Wish I could access a vehicle loan that happens to be under my wife’s name as the primary loan owner. She is not a member so this is very frustrating. Currently trying to get away from Wells Fargo but their app and system work very well as I'm learning. my first criticism is how hard it is to transfer one from one bank to another. Just that it takes so long, not that it's hard. It is basically a web page not an app. Biggest issues I have with the app are 1) NO HELP SECTION! 2) no card management options, want to lock your card? Change PIN? Too bad! 3) transfer page drop downs work poorly, because this is just a web page app and the drop downs don’t work right and make it hard to select the right accounts. 4) useless notifications. This is by far the most basic, feature lacking banking app I’ve ever used. Significantly subpar in comparison to other banking apps in terms of amounts able to transfer, ability to transfer, and ability to pay down a HELOC online through bank to bank transfers.
