We were able to identify a scam because I was able to monitor all cards linked to our bank account and cancel the card. I realize I’m able to see purchases by logging into our account but that is very inconvenient and was much more convenient to get notifications on my phone as purchases were made. I typically use this app on Sunday’s when you aren’t open. I recently ran into this issue where I needed my account number, but couldn’t call because it was Sunday. How is it that your account number can be found in your checkbook, but not a password secure app? I don’t own a checkbook because checks are irrelevant.
