## What is Re?

A slightly unusual little app that keeps your photos on your calendar.

Trip photos. Weekend outings. One picture out of the thousands piling up in Photos — give it a few words about what the day was, and keep it in the calendar you open every day.

■ Just share your photos
Pick photos or videos in Photos, tap Share, and choose Re:Days. The date, time and place are filled in. Add a few words and tap Add. Dozens of trip photos become a single event, and a trip that spans days becomes an all-day event. Photos from shared albums work too.

■ Look back in Calendar
Records go into a dedicated “Re:Days” calendar in the Calendar app. Flip through the months to see where you went last fall, open the event and tap Open to see the photos. Search “first” in Calendar to find the day your child first walked.

■ On this day
Open the app, and the records from this day in past years are right at the top.

■ Nothing is written to your photos
Re:Days never stores your photos or sends them anywhere, and never modifies them. All it writes is an event in the dedicated calendar — delete the app and that calendar, and your photos and other events are exactly as they were.

■ Also good for
• A child’s firsts (first steps, first bike ride)
• “When did I last do that?” — filter cleaning, tire changes — with a photo as proof

■ Re:Days Pro (in-app purchase, one time)
The free version holds up to 5 photos and videos per record. Upgrade to Re:Days Pro inside the app and it holds up to 300, so a whole trip fits in one record. One purchase, no further payments.

■ Permissions
Photos (Full Access): to find the photo you shared and open it from your calendar.
Calendar (Full Access): to create the dedicated “Re:Days” calendar, add records, and read them back. Events in your other calendars are never read.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-10-30

- With Re:Days Pro, a record now holds up to 300 photos and videos, so a whole trip fits in one event.
- Photos taken while traveling become events in the local time where you took them. A photo from 9 a.m. abroad stays a 9 a.m. event after you get home.

Devices still on 1.0 can't open photos in records made with 1.1. Please update Re:Days on all your devices.

### 1.0 — 2026-10-28

No release notes.
