This is a major reason I use Redbooth. ### 2/5 — IOS app *2020-07-06, version 8.44.1* I am not overly enthusiastic of its IOS app. It’s not great but Redbooth as a project management software is very nice on web browsers. The Zoom integration HD meeting app also got changed and now it time limit is for 60 minutes. We have technicians and managers in the field who need access to notes. We keep client information on redbooth like phone numbers and address. The app does not allow you to click a phone number to make a call or click an address and go to it in maps. It also does not allow you to “copy” these fields to paste into phone or maps. Most other apps have these features, so it shouldn’t be an issues to make it happen. ### 3/5 — Love the app, but major problems. *2018-12-12, version 8.33.1* Absolutely love this app. I’m a graphic designer for a T-shirt company and it’s great for my boss to send me info when new jobs come in and I can send her files and keep everything for that job in one place. HOWEVER, the app keeps turning off my notifications randomly. So while I think it’s been several days since my last job...they are actually piling up, my boss is asking questions, and sometimes new info doesn’t even show up until I’ve refreshed the app a few times. My notifications turned off a few weeks ago, and now it won’t even let me turn them back on. It’s very frustrating. ### 4/5 — Missing time logging feature *2018-12-05, version 8.33.1* Great app! Maybe eight years ago, it was useable but compared to what’s available - Redbooth doesn’t come close to Asana, Trello, Wrike, heck even Post-it notes. ### 1/5 — It could be so much better. *2022-03-10, version 8.45.0* This app lacks so much parity with the browser. There is no way to enter a carriage return for multi line comments. You can move a task to another list but not to another workspace like you can in the browser. App also has bugs where you can’t comment and need to close the task and reopen to enter a comment. I pretty much only use this app as a reader. If I need to do anything useful this app doesn’t do it. ### 1/5 — Us the Web App Instead. *2021-12-28, version 8.44.3* The UI for the iPhone and iPad are so poor as to be unusable. The Mac OS, with UI close to the web, is too buggy to use consistently. Forget the apps and use the web. ### 1/5 — No 2FA/MFA TOTP *2020-05-12, version 8.41.2* It’s mid 2020... any service that doesn’t provide at minimum 2FA SMS is disqualified from being a vendor for us. If we’re going to have to upgrade to get time tracking, it should at least be available across platforms. If you’re a consultant or work in any role with clients and want to quickly log time while you work or while you’re meeting with clients, you have no choice but to use a different system or open up your laptop to start a timer. ### 1/5 — Aftet upgrade update tab is not working *2018-09-27, version 8.32.0* Aftet upgrade, update tab is not working and not show tasks ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2018-04-18, version 8.24.1* Downloaded the app. Tried to signup. Asana is far to large, Jira is too complex, Trello is too simple, and so on. I have never been able to just use the tool and actually get things done. Then I found RedBooth, and felt like I was home. I am not sure that I could tell you exactly why it just fits for me, but the best description I can give you is that its as easy to use and free flowing as Trello, while having the only features I really need from the larger more complex tools. It’s that middle ground that just does what I need. Beyond all of that, they are rolling out good updates very fast. The company has been great to work with and support is very responsive. The App is not as good as the Desktop/Web version yet, but it is catching up fast. And I really want the web version for most things anyways. The App does what I need when I am remote or on-the-go.
