Please Redbubble when I go into an item and I click the heart button to say I love then Please allow me to share it to socials with a share button. Once I ordered the items, I went to get the app and create an account to check when my items would be delivered (since I couldn’t see that in the web browser) every time I go to make an account it says “unable to create an account, try again later” I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times to see if it was just a bug, but I still cannot make an account. The app seems like an easy way to buy from digital artists, but all of the malfunctions that the app has makes it hard to buy and use from. ### 2/5 — app needs fixing *2026-07-19, version 6.0.2* the app will freeze up whenever you click on the cart, forcing you to swipe out of the app and restart it. ### 4/5 — Inbuilt spending controls *2026-07-02, version 6.0.1* I’m trying to spend an irresponsible amount of money (trying to buy 12 items), but the app keeps freezing when I navigate to my cart. I haven’t had this issue before. I tried updating the app and my iOS to latest, closing and reopening. Shirts, phone case cases, stickers, and cards. Not long ago, I ordered three phone cases. I used one for a while, and then I used the next one for a while, and then when it came time to use the third one, it didn’t fit my phone. I checked the order, and I had placed the order correctly. I then compared the two soft cases I had ordered, and one of them just did not match in size. I had failed to notice this upon original receipt. Unfortunately, I was a couple months outside of the 30 day limit for returns or exchanges. When I reached out to red bubble, they pointed to this as the reason for not rectifying the situation. I sent clear pictures showing the two soft cases were not the same size and they can check the order number to see that I ordered the exact same model. It’s just super disappointing when a company doesn’t take ownership of their mistake and hides behind a policy instead of making an exception for the sake of doing the right thing. ### 1/5 — App is broken *2026-05-28, version 5.46.1* App is broken. ### 1/5 — App Sucks *2026-05-23, version 5.46.1* Might as well use the website. I’ve used Redbubble on and off for a couple years now to buy stickers for fandoms I’m in.. I went to go buy some project Hail Mary stickers and like 80% of the stickers I’ve came across were designed with AI! You guys need to find a way to filter out people who use AI for their stickers 😒😒 ### 1/5 — frick this app *2026-08-08, version 6.0.4* the most genuine buns app every and I pray for the down fall I can’t do nothing on this app 100% buns ### 1/5 — Never again *2026-08-07, version 6.0.4* Bought shirt that came with a stain cause apparently they have no quality control… They offered to send me another one or give me a coupon. I chose the coupon which then I used to make a purchase of around $20. The coupon was $47 so when I went to use it again it said it was expired. They never disclosed to me that their coupon could only be used once, only after I contacted them. If you refund me for $47 shouldn’t I get the full amount?… Anyway they didn’t care about making things right and just left me with an apology. There’s not option to log in via the Google accounts saved to your phone, which is crazy because basically everything had that now. But whatever, not a huge deal. Except if you try to log in and you forget your password (or type it in wrong without realizing because the app does not allow the option to view your password after you type it), the app won’t tell you that is the reason, it will just say there was a problem, and to try again. If you change your password, you will not be able to sign in your account right away because of you tried more than one password it will say “too many password, slow down” (this is the site that says this. The app does not clarify at all that that is what’s wrong and I was worried I mistyped when resetting my password) It does not tell you how long to slow down for how long and even after waiting five minutes, a reasonable time for a password cool down, it will not let you sign in. If your Guest are paying hefty prices on some items, then they should be thoughtfully packed and cared for. Paying 100.00 bucks for a screen print throw and having it ONLY crammed within a USPS flimsy grey shipping bag that was ripped about 8”, is totally a problem! Good for the shipper that it didn’t get stained, torn or damaged because it would have been returned and a total waste of time on the artist part and mine, as it is a gift!!!
