Last night i was booked ka room in delhi this price was a  529 after discount i was pay 1st but when i was reached hotel reception hotel staff demand 400 exter ,if i was not pay him 400 then he was not giving me my room ,i have not a other option for stay bucz night then i was pay 400 him.

This didn't happen just to me, they were doing it to everyone."

right out the gate the app goes sideways. the app defaults to india (im in the US). if you manage to get thru this screen and put in US +1 and your US # the OTP never gets sent. so you can't even create an account unless your on a list of six countries?

My background is programming and business operations surrounding bookings. The funnel for me to secure a booking using red bus for the first time has been problematic. 

Problem statement(s): 
1) Red bus rejected my same-day booking citing “technical issues”.
2) After rejecting my same-day booking, there is no CTA for me to do. What do I do if I urgently need to book a same-day booking?
3) App crashed - I had to re-input all of my credentials all over again.

I urgently needed to book a same-day ferry ticket on July 20th, 2026. 

After inputting my credentials twice (the first time the app crashed), the payment page states: “Status: Payment not received. Ticket not booked. We could not book your ticket due to some technical issues”. 

My solutions proposed:
1) give the user an option to save their user profile they are building so that if the app crashes the user does not have to re-input their credentials from scratch
2) I haven’t had an app crash on me, completely taking me back to the home screen since 2024. This app was freshly downloaded so there was no update pending. Please fix errors surrounding crashes taking me back to my phone’s home screen.
3) If there are “technical difficulties”, give the user the option(s) (i.e., radio buttons) under a statement “Report this crash” and/or “Report this bug” to report that there were technical difficulties in booking so that you can use ML to detect patterns in failed payments from users that stem directly from the platform. In other words, if enough users are reporting that their payment failed citing “technical difficulties” for a specific ferry route, then prevent people from attempting to book in the first place for that specific ferry route. I do not want to spend 45 minutes re-inputting my credentials twice only to see a screen citing “technical difficulties”.

I booked ac sleeper from Thiruvarur to Ernakulam in skanda bus. The pickup point time was on 8 45 pm but on 8 pm they informed that there bus got breakdown . Please think Just before 1 hr of journey they informed the issue ,  i got panicked becasue its late ni8 and i want to Reach ekm the very next morning cause i want go to job. And later they called and told me that they had arranged another bus from thiruvarur to thanjavur and then from thanjavur there will be skanda bus to ekm. And the bus arranged by them was late and we hadn't got any seat in that bus, we travelled on siting in driver cabin and travelled from thiruvarur to thanjavur for that 1 hour while we paid for ac sleeper. Very pathatic situation. And later when we reach thanjavur we came to see that the skanda bus was totally different from the picture the show while booking. An old bus with dirty interior and dirty pilloe and blankets..very bad experience from skanda bus and redbus. And when i tell this to my friends they told that skanda bus is always like this , last moment they will cancel the trips by saying lies like this .
