My Redcliffe Home test report showed alarming results that led my doctor to suspect I might need an MRI for a possible pituitary tumour. Due to the concerning findings, my doctor at the hospital where I was receiving treatment advised me to repeat the test the very next day. The hospital retest came back normal, confirming that the initial Redcliffe Home test report was incorrect.

Because of this inaccurate report, my family and I went through unnecessary stress and anxiety. When I raised the issue, customer support refused to take accountability and denied a full refund. If one report can be wrong, I have no reason to trust the accuracy of the others. They are relying on fine-print disclaimers that were never clearly disclosed on the test booking page.
