She came to me one day saying that she is pregnant and it’s mine baby but I had no trust on her so I waited 9 months for the delivery and when the baby was delivered I took his blood sample and uploaded on this app, I got the reports of the baby within 2 hours and I was shocked by it, the baby WAS NOT MINE. I divorced her the same night . Since all the property belongs to my father so I did not had to give her any alimony . This app helped me from my biggest trauma . You guys should also use it . However, the report appears to be entirely AI-generated, as all categories are calculated with the same percentage. I was shocked by the lack of variation. Normally, if someone consumes multiple foods, the percentage should fluctuate accordingly. For example, if I drink a lot of coffee, the report should reflect a higher percentage, such as 0.2 or 0.3. Similarly, if I eat various vegetables, the results should vary based on my reactions—whether they cause logical symptoms or not. Yet, according to the lab, they conducted 114 tests, and every result falls under the same percentage. How is this possible? There is nothing specific about me in the report—it looks like an AI-generated template where they merely inserted my name at the beginning while keeping everything else identical. If we check food allergy reports online, we can see how genuine reports work—different categories have unique variations in percentages, making them more credible. However, this report follows a plain, copy-pasted format. When I raised concerns, the lab simply denied the issue, insisting that their results are correct. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us at orm@redcliffelabs.com. ^SM ### 1/5 — Pathetic app, pathetic customer support, it’s a scam *2025-06-04* 1) you will just be scrolling thru the app and you will start getting calls from their sales rep ( frequency of call is every 10 min ) until you book the test and they will convince you to book as many packages for as many people and the most expensive ones 2) once I finalised the test they said there is no home sample collection available and need to visit collection center 3) visited their location just to find out that no center exists and now the center guy says he can do home collection at some extra charges 4) now they say the packages will not be same as home collection and you need to pay more than what was agreed earlier 5) during booking they said they will get report consultation as well as diet consultation done but no reply from them after samples were taken This is a SCAM app , not even sure if it’s a real testing lab or just a money making scam. On the first day, they took the sample, and in the evening I got a call saying that due to some technical issue, the report couldn’t be generated, so they would need the sample again. I told the team that the patient is already suffering from low platelets and jaundice, and has a hemoglobin level of 6.5. But still, they asked the patient to come the next day, and then they took the sample again. In the evening, they provided a partial report. When I asked about the reason for the partial report, I was told it was due to a lab issue and that the full report would be available the next day. These people at Redcliffe are making no sense. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve our services. ### 1/5 — Blood report *2022-10-30* You guys had promised me to give the report in 24 hours it’s more than 24 hours u need another 24 hours to send the report on asking why the report is delayed the advisor ‘Mr Sumit stated that they cannot provide a wrong report by sending it early it’s like warning me don’t ask the report other wise I will send you the wrong report what kind of services you guys have don’t you know how to even talk to the customer on asking the agent for the employee ID he telling me cannot provide me his personal details … there are other labs which can provide the report earlier that the expected time if you are not advance why do have to run such a service pathetic and waste some money and time … ### 3/5 — Everything good but phlebotomist not trained *2026-01-30* I always do the booking from redcliff lab for Pune location and everything is very good , the report timing, the punctuality of phlebotomist, but only thing is everytime I have to call customer support just to check whether the phlebotomist know how to collect blood with a butterfly needle because most of them don’t know , only one or two person knows. It’s very disappointing for me to call every time customer support and check and then they have to assign the proper experts who knows how to collect from a butterfly needle. Just for a Glucose test they need a time of more than 30hrs even after several escalation though this reports shows the TAT of 30hrs, which is on the upper hand comparatively to Lal path or any other Local pathology also.
