I have to say it was a really bad experience. Firstly the coach was two hours delayed and instead of anticipating the correct delay the customer service kept giving wrong times of departure. The app was not even updating the new times showing the original time all along. Once a replacement coach arrived, it was not in a good shape. Firstly I have bought a first class ticket and there was no first class. Further the charger want working on any seat. After the recent update I am unable to search and book my flight flights without having a side person to help me out and some other buttons are not functionable with or without my screen reader being active or non-active. ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2026-05-11* If I could give it a 0 I would ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2026-05-10* I canceled a trip and got a voucher. When I go to book my next trip, the system doesn’t recognize the voucher. I finally found a number and called and they told me to wait 15 minutes and try again. I asked if they did anything on their end to ensure the voucher worked, and the representative said “no”. They are not helpful at all!!!! In the meantime, I am risking my trip getting sold out. ### 3/5 — Booking upload *2026-04-30* I could not upload my booking info to have on the app, it kept glitching but over all good experience on bus great staff, awesome AC and wish seats reclined but cozy ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-04-09* This app doesn’t work at all. It gives wrong bus times and prices compared to their website. When you try to input your booking it will not accept it and say, “Booking is not found.” When you try to purchase the screen just freezes and doesn’t allow u to proceed. Some of the buttons on the app wont work. I don’t understand how this app can be useful when it does not work. ### 1/5 — Can’t login anymore *2026-04-08* Every time I try to login it tells me my email address or password is wrong.
