I have to say it was a really bad experience. Firstly the coach was two hours delayed and instead of anticipating the correct delay the customer service kept giving wrong times of departure. The app was not even updating the new times showing the original time all along. Once a replacement coach arrived, it was not in a good shape. Firstly I have bought a first class ticket and there was no first class. Further the charger want working on any seat. I expect a full refund ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-07-13* Very solid company with great reputation but has a very cheapy app with many flaws ### 1/5 — First time rider *2026-06-06* Late. Ok. No notification. Not ok. Address wrong. Driver “we used to pick up on Bowie.” Apple Map confirmed 165 Bowie St San Antonio TX. Head valet at Marriott confirmed Bowie. USAF conditioned this 80-yr old to run two blocks when bus passed me by. Fix this. dp ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2026-05-11* If I could give it a 0 I would ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2026-05-10* I canceled a trip and got a voucher. When I go to book my next trip, the system doesn’t recognize the voucher. I finally found a number and called and they told me to wait 15 minutes and try again. I asked if they did anything on their end to ensure the voucher worked, and the representative said “no”. They are not helpful at all!!!! In the meantime, I am risking my trip getting sold out. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-04-09* This app doesn’t work at all. It gives wrong bus times and prices compared to their website. When you try to input your booking it will not accept it and say, “Booking is not found.” When you try to purchase the screen just freezes and doesn’t allow u to proceed. Some of the buttons on the app wont work. I don’t understand how this app can be useful when it does not work. ### 1/5 — Can’t login anymore *2026-04-08* Every time I try to login it tells me my email address or password is wrong. I can sign login on the internet using the same email and password. ### 1/5 — App will not register a new account *2026-03-15* When registering, the app throws off a “Failed to create customer profile” error, and offers mo insights or workarounds. I tried to register on the web instead of the app, and received the identical error message. I suspect testing prior to launch is to blame. ### 1/5 — About my bus trip *2026-02-28* They do not make updates on bus stops available to people at all. My bus moved stops and it didn’t email, text or put it in the app. Me and 8 other weren’t able to find the new stop. We even called customer service and they said they would have the bus at our original stop. Which they did not. Then once the bus left the costumer service would no longer pick up calls or text, they offered no explanation or refund. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love the app *2026-03-20* Let’s me download ticket, can book on app, can track bus, can add tickets to apple wallet. Really can’t ask for more. Won’t have to use the website ever again. 🎉 ### 5/5 — Love ♥️the app! *2026-03-07* The app is super easy to use. I love being able to track the bus in real time and having my trip details right on my phone .
