The teachers are world class professionals with real world industry experience. The business is professionally ran and app is user friendly. It is clear the team truly cares about providing an outstanding student experience. The flexibility of not needing to attend class live and having the class recording asset forever is a huge value. Most online classes only let you view the recording for 30 days after the class ends. It’s one of the prettiest apps out there as well. I am excited to support, learn, and appreciate everything RLT has. Excited for my first class but this review is about the app. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate across my devices. Minimal issues and content! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-02-20, version 4.0.0* I had high hopes for this app, but it has been a huge disappointment. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it frustrating to use. It constantly crashes, lags, and has way too many ads. On top of that, the customer support is unresponsive, and the latest update made things even worse. You can download without needing a membership, and there are a wide range of classes, in terms of skill level, length, and price—definitely something for everyone. There are membership options as well as stand alone classes, series workshops, and freebies. And you don’t have to be able to attend class live—if you sign up, you’ll receive the recording to practice in your own time.
