I have had a Reddit account for 4 years and I love Reddit. I am active on there daily. I don’t post a lot but I like to keep up with the posts in the communities that I follow. Up until last week. I went onto Reddit as per usual and I saw that I was locked out of my account. They said that my account had been flagged for some kind of unusual activity that I would need to take steps to unlock my account. They had sent an email to my email address, to reset my password to fix the issue. I opened the email message, clicked on the link inside and the link didn’t work. It just gave an error message. I tried resetting my account on the app, Reddit sent me a second password reset email message and that second one gave me the same error message. I tried to contact Reddit through the app telling them what happened and to help me to fix the situation, but it has been a week now and I haven’t heard anything back from them. You would think that a company like Reddit would have people and systems that can actually help with technical difficulties. I am let down, Reddit.
