You ban people’s accounts without warning, without a clear explanation, and sometimes seemingly without a good reason. You make it difficult for people to communicate and participate because of the whole karma system, yet when someone is actually trying to make posts and build karma, you can turn around and ban their account. Even if someone accidentally breaks a rule, especially when they’re new to the platform, why not give them a warning or temporary suspension first? Why go straight to permanently banning someone? The moderation system feels unnecessarily harsh and frustrating. People deserve a clear explanation of what they did wrong and a fair opportunity to correct their behavior before losing their entire account. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. Would give 0 stars if I could ### 1/5 — Locked out of desktop website.
