Distance, time, pace and active days.

NUTRITION

Training doesn’t end at the gym.

Meals, calories, protein, carbs and fat.

Eat. Log. Done.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-13

A meal from one photo, and partner workouts on one flow.

add food from a photo, and partner workouts run on one shared flow. Take on each other's records in Live records, and bring your history over from other apps.

Partner workout
• The one watching starts your set. When they cannot be reached, "Start my set" comes up on your own screen; otherwise it is in the More menu.
• When the host presses START, the countdown on both phones ends at the same instant.
• Write your partner's set down for them, and correct the ones you wrote in their records. A record that arrives late still lands on its own set.
• When one of you ends the workout, the other's ends with it; a set not yet written is waited for.
• A nearby invite now says whether it was declined or went unanswered.
• Both phones need 1.0.5 for a partner workout.

Nutrition
• Take a photo of your food with the meal card's camera, or pick one, and the foods are worked out and put on the card. The photo stays with the meal.
• Add a saved meal in one go, and choose which nutrients the screen shows.

Live records and challenges
• See what people have just lifted, from the WEIGHTS screen. Post your own from the share card and it shows for a day.
• Take on someone's record; beat it and "Challenge won!" comes up. You are told when yours is beaten.
• When you pick exercises, "Bring in" puts a workout from Live records or a video link onto today.

Import your history
• Files exported from Hevy, Strong, Fitbod, FitNotes, JEFIT and MyFitnessPal are read, and your workouts and cardio come over.
• Starting out, REDDY asks once whether to bring your history in.

Workout log
• Move a set up or down, and see the day's total time and total weight.
• Set a rest alert for each set (Pro).
• Settings holds the countdown before a workout and before the next set, 2 to 10 seconds each.
• For a movement already done today, READY asks: a new workout, or carry on today's record.
• An exercise note can be kept on show for the next workout too.

Assistant · REDDY team
• The Assistant's answers come as headings, lists and tables.
• Ask about weight, body fat or skeletal muscle and the change is drawn as a chart.
• Write to "REDDY team" in the chat. People on the team read it and answer, and "Read" shows when they have.

Widgets and lock screen
• On iPhone (iOS 17 or later), widgets on the home and lock screen log a glass of water, your weight or a saved meal with one press.
• A water widget joins them, and the workout widget moves the running workout on.

Across the app
• Shake the phone twice to start a workout, finish a set or start the next one. Turn it on in Settings.
• iPad and foldables use the whole wide screen.
• Trainer mode opens for trainer accounts PLANOMAD has confirmed, to log a member's lessons.
• Each tile of the mode sheet shows your own figures, and the profile's first page shows your totals so far.

Fixes
• Fixed many small bugs and made the app more stable.
• Fixed the day being off after a workout that ran past midnight.
• Fixed "End exercise" pressed twice skipping two movements.
• Fixed a deleted record flashing back for a moment.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-03

Log right from home, and smoother partner workouts.

1.0.4: write and fix sets right on the home, meals open on the day's screen, partner workouts get better turns, and 119 home-workout exercises.

Workout log
• Tap a movement on the home: its row opens with today's sets beside last time's, and you add a record right there.
• Tap a set in the opened row to correct it; the bin removes it.
• "View records" on a row whose machine is already chosen opens that machine's records, with tighter set rows.
• A search that finds nothing offers a "Create exercise" button for that name.
• An empty day lists your saved routines; tap one to load it.
• "First record" now shows only for a movement you have never done; another machine counts as new.
• Pick a finished movement in START to do it again the same day: bench in the morning, bench in the evening. The second record starts at set 1.
• Future days open in the Weights calendar, so a routine can be set up ahead.
• Routine editor: drag the ≡ handle to reorder; exercise search opens as a sheet.
• Deleting a movement lets the rows below glide up.
• Ending right after starting shows no error.

Exercises
• 119 home-workout exercises: push-up, pull-up, squat and lunge variations, Nordic curl, L-sit; 36 with a band (under "Other"), 4 with straps; holds log in seconds.

Partner workouts
• Your partner starts your set: a "Start their set" button appears on their screen.
• Accepting an invite takes you to Weights first, then connects; receiving one moves nothing. None reach you mid-workout or mid-cardio.
• "Edit that set" is out of ⋯: fix your sets in Today so far, your partner's in their records.
• The host picks who goes first on every movement.
• Skip a tired partner's turn from ⋯.
• On their turn, the set they did last time shows under your own record line, in the same form.
• No vibration after you log your partner's set; yours comes when they start your set.
• Leave feedback beside "Log" while they lift, or from ⋯ while they rest.
• Your records and your partner's are separate sheets in the ⋯ menu.
• The host has no "End exercise" until your set under the bar is written down.
• The machine weight reading you pick while logging your partner's set is what their record keeps.
• The "Training together" screen is gone. Leaving only the pair is on the ready screen; mid-workout, ending the workout ends both.
• Ending a partner workout right after starting shows no error; the guest's day returns.

Food
• The meal page is gone. "Add meal" opens a meal card on the day's own screen; add food inside it.
• Meal cards open with an arrow like a weights row, and close as smoothly as they open.
• The add-food sheet no longer covers the whole screen.
• Add-food sheet: swipe favourites and templates, or keep what you typed.
• Saved tab: loose favourite foods sit under "Foods you eat often"; "+ Add" is only on meals. Foods go into an open meal from the add-food sheet.
• Daily targets: one row each with a switch; off, the row leaves and needs no number.
• Adding food sends the keyboard and the sheet down together.

Body
• Adding a record in a card: a floating button and a bottom sheet.
• Card charts are larger; every card's number has the same brightness.
• The weight chart joins hand-entered and InBody readings in one line, so past records always draw.

Assistant
• Answers come in paragraphs, bold and lists; cited papers are small numbers, listed below.
• Stop a sent question and it returns to the box to edit and resend.
• More practical: the call first, and it offers to log or set things for you.

Sharing
• Adding a photo opens a plain menu, not a card headed "Add photo".
• A photo no longer rearranges the stats.
• The palette picks the text colour from seven, on a photo too.
• Write your own challenge line: pick a set, tap the text or pencil, then send.

Getting started and screens
• On a new device "Create account" is the big button, and a workout link that opened the app gets a line.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-01

A YouTube workout, one link to your routine.

1.0.3: paste a YouTube link and the workout in the video becomes your routine, partner workouts run the same on both phones, and getting started is three pages.

REDDY Assistant
• Paste a YouTube link and it reads the workout in the video and offers to save it as your routine.
• It now suggests changes to settings, your profile and routines, and edits or deletions of recent records, as cards. With Pro, one tap applies them.
• It now reads your line about the day, your notes on a movement and your partner's feedback.
• While you wait, it shows what it is doing.

Partner workouts
• Whoever was invited now waits on the ready screen too, and both phones count 3·2·1 together.
• With the workout folded into the mini bar, word from your partner — a new movement, a logged set, a note — slides in at the top.
• You can now edit the sets you logged for each other.
• You can now note assisted reps: "the last 3 of 10".
• You can now leave your partner a note on each movement.
• Your rest now runs until you end it, even if your partner moves on first.
• While the host decides between another movement and finishing, the guest's screen now says so.
• Connected, reconnecting or lost is now on screen, and Bluetooth holds on better.
• The lock screen and notifications now say whose turn it is.
• The sheet for logging your partner's set now closes with X; the set can be logged later.
• Movements you made yourself now carry over to your partner's phone.

Workout log
• Leave a line about the day when you finish — written from the top of the finish screen, kept with that day.
• Loading a routine now asks first.
• A workout in progress can no longer be deleted by mistake.
• Open the workout from the mini bar on another screen, fold it, and you're back where you were.
• Whole numbers stand out on the ruler and feel different as they pass; a slow release stops under your finger.
• On the calendar's week row, tapping near the weekday letter now opens that day.
• Hammer Strength machines now show up however the name is typed in Korean.
• Shared workout links now carry movements you made yourself.
• The "don't time my rest" offer is gone from the rest screen; the setting stays.

Nutrition
• Each food in a meal is now calculated on its own, and one that failed is retried on its own line.
• Type several foods on one line and you're asked to enter them one at a time.
• The + on the meal screen now says "Add food".
• Each item on the goals screen now shows on or off; turning one off keeps its records.

Getting started and your account
• Getting started is now three pages: free and Pro, your name, your body.
• Turn the height and weight rulers and the figure on screen changes with them.
• The recovery email is now asked later, on the home screen, not at sign-up.
• New passkeys are now made on planomad.com. The ones you have keep working, and the home screen offers once to move to the new address.
• While restoring purchases, only the Restore button shows progress.

What's new
• After an update, the first launch shows what changed, once; it's in your profile any time.
• When a newer version is on the store, the app tells you and "Update" takes you there.

Polish
• Sheets wait until they're fully up before the keyboard rises.
• Larger system text no longer breaks the layout.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-29

Workout done. One picture. One link. And a partner.

1.0.2: one picture, a link to copy or beat, a partner to log your sets.

Partner workout — take turns
• Partner workout on the ready screen finds people nearby.
• Invites reach any open REDDY; accepting loads the inviter's routine.
• Pick who's first; START counts both down.
• Turns alternate each set: "Joon's turn · Bench, set 2".
• The lifter never touches a phone; the other logs for them.
• The inviter moves on; both phones follow.
• Not nearby? Connect with a QR or a link.
• Warns on dropped connections; reopening resumes.
• Ending ends both: "Ryan × Joon · Chest · 72 min · 28 sets", shareable; sets stay each person's.

REDDY Assistant — there when you ask
• Ask via the chat button. No screenshots: it answers from your logs in numbers.
• Ask, and it flags short rests and stalled lifts.
• Pro: say "bench 60 kg 3×10" and one tap logs it. Meals, water, cardio, weight too.
• Missing records? One button away.
• Advice briefly cites exercise science.
• Chats live in a side drawer.
• It remembers what you say; delete any time.
• App complaints go straight to the team.
• 3 a day free (more after an ad), 30 with Pro.

The workout link
• The card carries a link to the workout — no app needed.
• Sets beating a lift's best get a PR mark.
• Do this workout puts it on their day, even after installing.
• One Share button: Instagram, Messages, Save Image — link included.
• Challenge: pick a lift — "Bench press 80kg × 8. Beat that." — taking it adds it to their day.
• Challenge day: the lightning button sends your set beside theirs.
• Turn your link off anytime; report a link, block its sender.
• Links carry no name, place, body data or notes.

Record confidence
• A challenge shows how its set fits the sender's history: High, Consistent, Limited, Sudden jump.
• ⓘ says why: recent sessions, weight and rep change, live logging — on the web too.

The share card
• A finished day gets a share button by +; remake any day's card.
• Muscles trained head the card over time, sets and volume (weight × reps).
• Edit it like a story over a photo or three colors.
• Drag, pinch, twist, tap for three shapes; snaps keep it straight.
• Pick which numbers show; the list is its own sticker.
• Editing buttons sit above the card.
• Cardio gets a card too.
• It goes as arranged; picking Instagram copies the link for its sticker.

Rest timing
• Rest timing off (Settings › Training): a logged set goes straight on — lock screen too.
• One less tap, slightly less precise comparisons. Back on anytime.
• Early on, the rest screen offers Don't time rests; Edit that set fixes the last one.
• Set dots slide aside as a new one grows.
• A forgotten workout ends at its last set after 3 hours.

Cardio
• No score: this week's time and each machine's bests.

Machines
• Add by maker; it logs as Model unknown till you pick.
• Choose machine mid-workout sets today's model.
• The maker's arrow moves a day's or all records, notes too, to another model.
• Add a model the list lacks.
• Machines group by maker, yours first; a lone one opens to its records.
• A differently loaded machine warns before weights read half or double.

Nutrition
• Adding food opens full screen; Add rides the keyboard.
• Numbers read however typed — full-width, 22.5 → 23, "22g".
• Unreadable values say which box and why.
• Auto-calculate's Pro prompt keeps your food.
• Free: watch an ad to auto-calculate a food.
• Foods calculated once come back instantly.
• Delete saved foods on the food page.

Account
• A recovery email opens the code screen at once.
• In Settings too, codes keep just six digits, even pasted.
• Sign-up, sign-in and recovery are much faster abroad.

Moving in
• Import Hevy or Strong: a week of Pro, once per account.

Also
• A failed InBody sign-in says if it's the ID or the password.
• The photo prompt names the share card.
• Finishing no longer flashes 0 sets in the title.
• After a workout, share and start show with + at once.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-25

Goals that know your body. Records that never drop.

1.0.1 is the first REDDY update that does the math on your body. Your nutrition goals now start from you, your records reach the cloud in seconds, and a shaky connection no longer stops the app.

Daily goals built from your body
• Height, weight, age and sex set five daily goals at once: calories, protein, carbs, fat and water.
• Your resting energy comes from the Mifflin–St Jeor equation, rated the most accurate.
• Protein is set at 1.6 g per kg of body weight, the figure a meta-analysis of muscle-growth studies points to, and water at 35 ml per kg.
• Change a number and save to make it your own, and switch back any time with "Use goals worked out from my body".

Pro — goals that follow your body
• Your weight changes, your goals change. Not a number you set once and forget.
• REDDY counts your training days over the last four weeks to judge how active you are. Train more, and your calorie goal rises with it.
• Take a new InBody reading, and REDDY recalculates from your measured resting rate instead of the equation.

Records that never drop
• Online, the set you just finished is backed up to the cloud within seconds.
• Pull-up, dip and assisted-machine records keep counting after a single weigh-in.
• If the connection drops while you sign up, tap again and you land in the same account.

Built for any connection
• When the connection drops, nothing fails in silence. One sentence tells you what to do.
• If the app stalls while opening, a "Try again" button is right there.
• On slow networks, AI food calculation waits longer so it finishes instead of timing out.
• Anything that can't be undone, like deleting your account, only goes ahead on a solid connection.

Account and payments
• Account code emails now arrive in English, Korean or Japanese.
• The resend button shows how long to wait, and an expired code or an unusable address is named as exactly that.
• A slow payment confirmation is never shown as a failure. REDDY tells you it is confirming, and Pro unlocks on its own shortly.
• Tap "Restore purchases" and a subscription tied to another account moves to the one you are signed in to.

Also
• Contact us straight from the sign-in screen.
• New FAQ answers: logging without internet, how your daily goals are set, and moving to a new phone.
• Starting a workout feels smoother.
• Fixed the country list not loading in the InBody step.
• Restored the spacing at the top of bottom sheets.
• The app version now shows at the bottom of Settings.
