Paguei 29 € diretamente o condutor em vez de 13 € !!!!!! ### 2/5 — Useless for non-resident *2025-07-14, version 3.2.7* Yet another app when the company is not listening to reviews to make it usable. It seems impossible to buy ticket if not Portuguese resident. Ticket can be selected but then passenger details cannot be saved as needs Flex account. But cannot register for Flex account unless a National ID is provided. Cannot proceed to purchase as passenger details cannot be saved etc. etc. Only way to buy ticket is to use Rede website instead - which defeats object of having an app. Developer response is that NIF is not required to register. Oh dear - I’ve tried again and it is mandatory, and also postcode not accepted for UK address and phone number not accepted. Why not have a simpler app that user can just book tickets and save these for journey instead of all this messing around with Rflex loyalty promotions etc. Get rid of Rflex and just have a straightforward account for buying and using tickets. ### 1/5 — Only for Portugal Residents *2024-12-03, version 3.2.3* This app is absurd. You cannot register a username if you are not a resident of Portugal. They ask you for the NIF (mandatory) and the address needs to be a Portugal address. M’obligeant à rater 2 fois le bus et à aller acheter un billet au comptoir de la gare beaucoup plus chère. Já viajei tantas vezes com a Rede Expresso e quase sempre os motoristas da empresa são muito mal educados. Apresenta infinitos erros no preenchimento dos campos e não permite o final do cadastro, pois não oculta o teclado para aceitar o cadastro. Além disso, vários legs e encravamentos são percebidos durante a utilização. Danke! ### 5/5 — Fantastic app for getting around Portugal *2015-07-07, version 2.5.3* Just coming to the end of a longish trip to Portugal and found this app so easy to use an handy for getting around the country. It's got offline station locations so you can find where you need to go when you're away from wifi (I don't like paying the extortionate amounts for roaming data - I also downloaded Navmii offline maps before I left so I could do navigating without data). And you can buy and download your tickets to the app. It never failed me. Fab. ### 5/5 — Lovely *2014-05-01, version 2.2.1* After the last update, things work perfectly now.
