I’ve purchased several band products to review and while the Redge Fit is a nice set-up; it is more expensive than comparable systems. Advertising is also deceitful as videos say you can do up 360 lbs. which would be true if you purchase an additional set of four bands in addition to the 240 lb equivalent with eight bands and bar package. While the initial more expensive sets offer the Redge App workout app (exercises, progress tracking, meal planning) for free, it’s unclear whether you have to pay for it…most do offer the app “for free” which means of course you can download it… every app does that. It appeared to me that app program would be offered at a “half price discount” for the first year, but then beyond year one, you would pay full price for the app, which is close to what an annual BODI membership is. Recommend the bands, but skip the app…if you’re stuck creating workouts, there are plenty on them on the interwebs. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Be careful, customer support will not answer or reply! SCAM! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-05-23* I’ve had this Redge fit for over a month now and I love it. The app on the other hand does not work somedays the videos will play and half way through the stop and won’t load other times they just don’t play at all. It looks like people have been leaving reviews about this for over a year and it has not been fixed. It’s caused me to stop using the product completely as a huge part was using the programs **Developer response:** Please make sure you have the updated version of the Redge app and ensure your device OS and version are updated. Please try to close any apps running in your background to have a smooth experience with the app. You can disable it by going through your phone settings. If the error persists, it would greatly help if you could send us a series of screenshots or screen records (video) of the steps that you take or how the issue appears on your end. Buyer beware!!!!! *2024-05-03, version 1.1.68* Purchase my product a week ago, still waiting. In the meantime I downloaded the app and received the promo code. Somehow the code does not upload and is invalid. Called the 1-800 number to the customer service line and it stays busy no matter what time of the day you call. Also the free fitness pdf never downloads. It just sends you a blank screen. I decided to try to look at the app before spending anything and I can’t even get into the app without giving out my email. I’m not even able to see what the monthly program would cost or what it offers. I was hopeful. I was also wanting to see these from an Work from home or stay at home mom’s point of view - nothing I found looked like it was designed for that audience. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2024-01-16, version 1.1.66* You buy all the equipment and then are required to pay an additional $60 for the app it claims “free videos” but you honestly can’t get out of the app once you sign in unless you purchase their membership. Saw other reviews from two years ago saying they were working to fix it. I can feel the difference when doing this from the few begging exercises on my arms and chest.
