My issue is with the lack of mobile application functionality necessary in order to handle the MAIN source of communication by RDH, as there is NO DESKTOP WEBSITE to manage your data. Submissions are clunky to navigate, you constantly have to “guess” at what you should enter because it isn’t designed to be used in multiple ways, and good luck trying to filter, or find up to date information, because of the limitations. Prepare to re enter the same information over and over and and over again - for EVERY SUBMISSION. The app is extremely antiquated and desperately needs real development dedicated to recreating a viable mobile application - not a team of folks set aside at the company. ### 1/5 — Terrible App, Terrible Service *2026-06-26, version 6.9.1* If you want to get put into a loop, get this insurance. It is so frustrating. I’ve stopped trying to contact them and I now just send in a bill after the fact and pray it’s covered. There are at least 3 phones calls for every issue and the app never works right. I couldn’t request an appointment because I couldn’t get past the main screen that needed a field filled out that I couldn’t complete because of a glitch. Hoping our company sees the light and can get us into a real insurance. This is embarrassing at the Doctor’s office, as well because they can never find it and they can’t reach them either. ### 1/5 — It’s only week 1 *2026-06-13, version 6.8.1* When I was enrolled, the agent used my email addresses and my phone number for my 3 dependents. There is no mechanism on the app to update your information. It tried using the web version. I forgot my password and went through the forgot my password process. After multiple tries, I went back to the app and submitted a request for enrollment help. I missed a call so I called the number left in the voicemail. No one picks up the phone. I can see why members have given such poor reviews. The only positive reviews are from employers. ### 1/5 — Absolute scam! Do not use this insurance! *2026-05-12, version 6.8.1* I’ve paid for this insurance for years now, finally having to use it now, and it covers NOTHING. I am fighting thousands in bills now because I was told by Redirect my treatment would be covered- later on to be told by an automated system that there’s nothing they can do. If you’re thinking about using this company, DO NOT DO IT. It will completely ruin your financials. The entire process from referrals to the billing is a mess. Please don’t fall for this greedy, misleading insurance. Complete scam. ### 1/5 — Really not that great *2026-04-22, version 6.8.1* It’s clunky, doesn’t store information to make subsequent uses easier/faster…really needs to be junked and then start over. ### 1/5 — App was great until it stopped working. *2026-03-12, version 6.7.8* The app will no longer allow me to schedule appointments, see my id card, or access their 24/7 care. The app does not load pages accurately, and will not let you continue to the next page to complete your requests. Just call and do the wait time on the phone. ### 5/5 — I love Redirect *2026-03-08, version 6.7.8* As a small business downer, RDH has been an amazing alternative to traditional insurance. I rely on the virtual providers just like I would a primary care doctor. They are always helpful and have saved me a trip to the ER more than once. Amazing company and people too! ### 1/5 — Impossible loop *2026-02-13* There is nothing more frustrating to me than having a required question and no place to answer it. I can’t advance to the next screen because there’s no place to select my name. I also couldn’t download a copy of my card to send to my Doctor’s office. Instead, I had to call to have the agent email it to me. That should not be an issue in 2026. This app is full of dead ends and loops which drive me nuts. ### 1/5 — Horrible. *2026-01-16, version 6.7.8* Don’t get this insurance. It takes several days if not weeks to respond. Find your own doctors and schedule your own appointments at the facility of your choice because the staff is very incompetent. ### 3/5 — When it works it’s fine *2025-11-06, version 6.6.3* My main complaint is that for any update, it logs you out and does not save the password or username.
