I’m not sure what’s going on but I can’t seem to get any of the shades to load. It’s been weeks. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing.

Absolutely love, Redken, from the color fusion line to shades EQ. Use to use chromatics.  It’s too bad. This app just doesn’t work good.

The app is literally just a picture of Sabrina Carpenter. It doesn't open, have anything to click on. It does nothing but show her face.

I just updated this app and when I go to formulas, all I see is a little icon that spins around and round. I close the app, we opened the app and also uninstalled and reinstalled it. It did not fix it.

What is the point of offering this app if it crashes/feeezes all the time? How is this helping anyone educate or formulate anything? Get a new UX/Ui, app developer please.

The virtual try on screen just hangs when you select a color. It’s so annoying! Some of the menus have poorly written code so you have to close and reopen the app to get back anywhere. It’s a good idea for an app but so poorly executed.

Where are the new NCh and the warmer level 010’s?  The 010NW, 010WG, 010G.  These should be available to us through this app since it’s not possible to get swatches.
Even with the recent update, your app is still outdated.

Hey wake up. Please, update the color swatches ASAP. I need to know the color bases of the new shades. Also, on the color formulation feature you ask what the starting level and desired level and desired tone is, but you don’t consider starting TONE. I need a more nuanced formulation processor.
