Redlist is such a versatile platform, and I feel every company could benefit from implementing it into their day-to-day operations. My Client Success Manager has become part of our team and has worked hard to learn our business in order to best utilize both the “web” and “app” functions in multiple departments. My company has expanded our scope of work 4 times in the last 18 months to utilize Redlist in more ways and each time RL has delivered. I no longer get blamed for poor equipment performance, because I can prove through the app that I’ve done my job as planned and designed. This is the place. We needed a place to start, and this app helped us to chart our entire facility and assign tasks/routes to our day and night shift technicians. Saved us a lot of time and now I can show the history of the great work my tech’s are doing. Delays invoicing jobs.
