Keep pop out the ads while I just want to login, or after login. It's really frustrated. Please, if you want to show your ads to your customer, instead of just KEEP POP OUT the stupid ads, just make a banner. ### 4/5 — redONE “Pop-up Supplementary Line etc” *2022-07-22, version 2.0.24* In my opinion, instead of popping out the ads when the user open this app, you should only make it a banner, for example, a banner in iOS notifications. Therefore, the user can scroll up the ‘banner’ or leave it until the banner is gone (temporary banner) while checking the data usage, promotion, ads, etc. ### 2/5 — Bad user experience *2022-07-10, version 2.0.24* I don’t understand why I cant just unsubscribe to add-on monthly plans whenever I want? And why my messages during live chat somehow cannot go through? I also cannot go back to the live chat once I exit, since it keeps telling me to ‘refresh the page’. There is no indication that I have refreshed the page or not. Please add a button to display ads only once a day like a “Dont show me this ads for today again” button under the ads. The ads should not popup on a live chat. Please improve the app! ### 2/5 — App not working *2022-06-03, version 2.0.23* I was enjoying the app for a while until this month. My data usage was not updated until today, 3rd of June! I contacted cs and they told me to uninstall/reinstall. I called the *123# to check and apparently it does not work too. I told cs to inform developer and they told me to refresh again. Super slow network is the least of their problems. Bad customer service, slow in reply and response. Ridiculous charges. Because i didnt get any reaction to my port out request. I called the careline. And now they are charging me 0.32 sens. And they are saying i cant port out because i owe them money By the way, they didnt even pick up the careline. Then how am i suppose to follow up. If every call is gonna cause me money. The app slow like hell. Make payment but cannot detect at all. Livechat slow and no internet connection even using wifi. ### 1/5 — Garbage Telco and App *2024-10-30, version 2.1.0* This telco is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Porting out is made deliberately difficult, even though I confirmed all bills were paid in full with a credit balance. Their stores are nearly impossible to find, and the app is beyond outdated—it’s practically unusable. Customer support is shockingly unhelpful and seems clueless about even the basics. Even Tunetalk offers a better self-service app than this. If Redone has any ambition to be considered a decent, low-cost telco, it needs to completely overhaul its garbage app, which looks like it’s stuck in the past. Without Yoodo being removed, I wouldn’t touch this service with a ten-foot pole. ### 1/5 — Application Crash On Iphone *2024-07-24, version 2.0.94* I cant open the application.
