法的氏名ローマ字変更の申請中の者です。

修正して貰うために1週間前にパスポートを送付済みにもかかわらず、
修正完了の全然連絡が全く無い。

カスタマサービスに連絡しても事務的な答えしか返ってこないし、

法的氏名の変更が終了しない事には、
カード作成の申請が出来ないので非常に困っている。

何とかならないのか？
