They have a very poor customer service process They are fake !! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst about decline fees *2026-08-30* Sometimes I don’t notice my balance, and they let it go into the negative by charging decline fees. These decline fees are unlimited—if your transaction is declined 100 times, they’ll charge you 100 decline fees. This is the worst part of their service. Even if you freeze your card, they still charge decline fees, pushing your balance further and further into the negative **Developer response:** Hi, we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the decline fees! This measure is designed to protect card security and prevent system abuse. To minimize the impact on our users, the first 3 declined transactions each month are automatically waived. We strongly advise against making repeated payment attempts immediately after a failure. Please check the specific decline reason in your transaction details, adjust your settings or balance, and try again. If your card is frozen, please avoid initiating payment requests on merchant platforms—merchant-initiated requests will still reach us even if the card is frozen. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us via our in-app customer support! ### 1/5 — RedotPay Not Refunding My USD $1000 After Weeks *2026-08-28, version 3.13.2* I have been a RedotPay customer but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. On August 11, 2026, I transferred USD 1,000 from my own U.S. bank account to fund my RedotPay account. RedotPay placed the deposit under review and requested extensive verification and source-of-funds documentation. I cooperated with reasonable verification requirements, but ultimately the deposit was not approved. On August 13, RedotPay emailed me confirming that the transfer had been cancelled and the funds would be returned to the original account within 3–7 business days. Approx three weeks have now passed, and I still have not received my $1,000 back. I have contacted customer support repeatedly. My case has been “escalated” multiple times and I have repeatedly been asked to wait, but there has been no actual resolution. To make matters worse, RedotPay directed me to a refund form that does not properly accommodate my original U.S. bank account. It simultaneously asks for details such as an IBAN, UK Sort Code and SWIFT Code. A U.S. account does not have an IBAN or UK Sort Code. I even provided my Wise UK account as an alternative, and that was rejected as well. I have repeatedly offered to provide the complete details of the original U.S. account from which RedotPay received the $1,000, so there should be no reason the funds cannot simply be returned to their source. What concerns me most is not that the original deposit was rejected. A financial institution is entitled to conduct compliance checks. The problem is that RedotPay took possession of my $1,000, cancelled the transaction, explicitly promised in writing to return it within 3–7 business days, and has still not returned it weeks later. I have now issued RedotPay a formal final demand for the return of my funds. If this remains unresolved, I intend to escalate the matter to the Hong Kong Consumer Council, relevant Hong Kong regulatory authorities, and pursue any other available consumer-protection and legal remedies. I will update this review if and when RedotPay returns my $1,000. Until then, based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to exercise caution when depositing substantial funds with RedotPay. ### 1/5 — Nul *2026-08-27* Pour les retraits on doit attendre 24h j’attend mon argents et je le désinstalle nul de nul **Developer response:** Hi, we apologize for the delay! They charge predatory automated decline fees ($0.50 per failure) on my personal card without any explicit warning, forcing my wallet balance into negative values (-6.65 USD) just because a transaction failed! They have no right to steal money like this.
