It took a while just to get the current tally on the screen. Once it did, I chose an option to add minutes. 3 times I tried - each time force quitting the app in between - after selecting ADD the app takes to a white screen where you wait and and wait and nothing happens. I just went and ordered a new line with someone else. Sorry RP. I tried 3 times. I don't know if it is the app or your back end systems but it doesn't work. All good. There is always someone to take your money. * * * Update - This app is not even consistent or accurate with current account information that you see when logging in with a web browser. It does keep your minuets/text/data count for the current month accurate. Today I tried opening the app and it fails saying a network issue. No issue - everything else works fine. Just this app. Password and userid are saved and accurate from previous access. No effort put into this app. Don't load it. Use a browser to be certain of all data including annual renewal. Another issue is when a new cycle starts it will not start until the end of the day instead of first thing. I mean it recycles before midnight so if you are low on minutes that last day is a wasted day on the plan... big deal.? You decide in your situation. OLD Write up - This app was never very good. Try to get it to refresh and it goes off and sometime doesn’t come back. A time or two I had to restart my phone to reset this darn app. Better off logging in from a browser and delete this app. It had been this way for time immemorial so don’t expect any improvement. ### 3/5 — Great rate, app needs improvement *2026-05-28, version 4.7.0* App checks Face ID 3-4x during login. Horrible customer service *2026-03-07, version 4.5.1* I have to call every month because auto renew won’t actually happen on my line. They’re vast differences between what you see on the app and what you see on the website. It’s an excellent price for a family, but the company is not ready for primetime. ### 2/5 — Cannot activate new line in app *2026-02-11, version 4.5.0* I cannot activate my new line because I cannot see the button to enter the activation code. I entered the sim id and the phone IMEI and then it wants the activation. I enter it but the Go button is below the field and it will not scroll so I can’t activate. I will have to use the laptop. ### 1/5 — Extremely poor service *2026-01-21, version 4.4.1* I have had 5 lines with them for 1 month so far and 4 of my lines have been cut off for no reason. My email has been deactivated twice so I can’t log on and twice they didn’t take my payment out even though I had auto pay on and they turned my phone off. It was fixed once, then it happened again. Every time I call, I have to repeat my issue information, as well as the internal SIM/EIN info. Every month it doesn’t auto renew like it is supposed to and I go without cell service for a day while I am on a phone call trying to get it sorted out. Still waiting on RedPocket to complete port and send the eSIM. Also just paid for my plan and it’s showing expired. Stay clear of this nightmare.
