I never feel compelled to write a review but my frustration at trying to purchase just four items has led me to leave a negative review. Aside from the fact that each time you view an item to click back to the list you are tAken back to the homepage and you need to go through selecting the section of the menu you wish to view. Then when finally going through the checkout procedure nothing happens when you are awaiting to be redirected to Klarna. Three times I’ve tried and I am faced with a blank page. I was passed onto Melodie to help me with some advice and she was amazing , I was so worried about my horse and she stayed on the phone to me chatting and helping me with what to give him , she didn’t have to stay on the phone that long and it made me feel so much better My horse has bounced back and worked so fast , she recommended science express probiotic I have shopped at Redpost for years and the staff have always been keen to be helpful and use there knowlage to give great advise ! When I came to check out I got a free protector spray and an extra 5% discount for using the app. I ordered on Saturday morning and received my gorgeous bag today on Tuesday. Melody saw me looking and kindly went through the display and pulled out all the safety headcollars for me to have a look at and explained how each one was designed to work. Unfortunately, there wasn't one that quite fitted my requirements (I'm very fussy, and so is my mare! Lol). Melody and I chatted about my horse and I explained she was quite sensitive and I was worried about my current headcollar rubbing her ears. Melody asked if I'd tried wrapping the headpiece with sheepskin? I'd never even thought about doing that! Melody then found me the Lemieux sheepskin nose/poll protector and I purchased it to give it a try. It is absolutely perfect and is an ideal fit around the head piece of my safety headcollar and so much more comfortable for Mouse!
