However, my ticket remained waitlisted and was ultimately canceled. To make matters worse, I received only a partial refund, while the premium amount paid for the guarantee was not refunded. In addition, I was provided with a voucher that comes with numerous restrictions, including limitations on specific routes and validity periods. Due to these conditions, the voucher is practically unusable and offers little real value. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from using this service for future bookings. The so-called "Seat Guaranteed" feature appears misleading, as the promised service was not delivered. When i reached the station it was still the same they said chart is not prepared and i checked it till last moment it was not confirmed .
