## What is Redtie Phone?

Redtie Phone gives your business a real phone line — with every call captioned live, so you never miss a word.

Redtie brings live captions to both sides of the conversation, right on your screen — no separate app, no extra hardware. When you can't pick up, an AI assistant answers, takes a message, and sends you a summary, so nothing falls through.

• Live captions on every call, in real time
• A dedicated business number, separate from your personal line
• AI assistant for the calls you miss
• Full call history with transcripts and recordings
• Add contacts from your device, or manage them directly in the app
• Multiple lines, call forwarding, and blocked-number management
• One account across the Redtie mobile app, desktop app, and web console

Redtie Phone — the business line that's actually accessible.
