Even after deleting all of them but those two. Was sad :/ ### 3/5 — Okay but needs work *2025-08-21, version 1.2.3* It’s a good camera but the app has a few bugs. Lately, the app refuses to connect to the camera. With the phone connected to the camera’s wifi, I consistently get a “connection error” message. When I could connect, the camera wifi is ridiculously slow. It takes 10 minutes (no exaggeration) to download a 5 minute video to my phone. Otherwise, the camera itself is great. The product would be near perfect if they addressed those problems. I also find really fishy that Redtiger not only deleted my review on amazon, they also blocked me from writing any reviews on that product. A company that can’t take critical feedback is one that I have a hard time supporting. ### 3/5 — app crash *2025-05-22, version 1.2.2* app crashes when i try to view a recording ### 3/5 — Force close when downloading *2025-05-22, version 1.2.2* The app was working fine. Now I run into an issue when it’s time to download a video. It force closes or lags out ### 4/5 — Works, but a couple things are frustrating *2025-05-16* The camera is nice and fairly easy to install, and I like having the app to look at the recordings. However, I’m very frustrated with the timestamp. The timestamp is always wrong unless I take the time to connect the app to the cameras Wi-Fi, successfully connect the app to the phone, and then manually choose the correct timestamp. As frustrating as it is to have to do this every single time I use my car, it’s additionally frustrating because about 20% of the time, the app refuses to connect to the camera even though my phone’s Wi-Fi is connected to the Wi-Fi of the camera. Sometimes I can fix this by turning off my Wi-Fi turn it back and going through the whole process all over. Although sometimes it takes up to five tries. But sometimes that doesn’t even work, so I’m getting recordings of the wrong time on, which will make it difficult if I ever need to use the recording in court. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience. Super frustrating for a camera I just spent $140 on. It also begs the question, why must vpn be disabled? Luckily I got it on sale on Amazon and paid half the price. The quality is pretty great; the playback videos show your speed, location, and movement on the map. It comes with 2 cameras, front and back. While it does save your battery life compared to the 12h… it does not much for insurance. The 12hr will at least show everything that happened vs nothing for 9 seconds. This camera saved us a few times with insurance. —— Post Dev Review 5.1.25 - We use the hardware kit and that is how the G Sensor activates.
