I think for the last month I have had it, it’s actually connected once, shown me the info I need and then has not worked since… Yes I followed the unpairing procedure and repairing procedure, yes the app is up to date, yes I did a phone restart… and yet still, nothing works. Not worth getting the battery monitor when you can’t use it… ### 1/5 — Bluetooth connection is the worse!!! *2025-04-09* For the amount of money paid for this system you’d think the Bluetooth feature would work… All it does is connect and disconnect immediately and just cycles back and forth. I can’t understand how my cheap Amazon LiFePo batteries can connect 100% of the time with their app but here we are with lack of connectivity with a $3k system. So frustrating… ### 1/5 — Clunky *2025-03-27* Redarc, have you noticed how poor the rating is for this app? I have multiple connectivity issues for no known reason. The app often fails to pair, disconnects for no reason and fails to display information or soft key control repeatedly. It’s the difference between seeing the battery state of charge when driving or not and needed to get out of the camper to turn the inverter off at night. This is the biggest weakness in the Redarc product offering. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-03-26* Just don’t know how the Bluetooth connection can be so unstable after dozens of updates. Pairing over and over is beyond tiresome. I will be avoiding redarc in my next van ### 3/5 — Bricked GoBlock 100 *2025-02-23, version 4.0.0* Your lasted update has just bricked my GoBlock 100 it failed the 2 of 2 Update, GoBlock was fully charged plugged in with full wifi reception phone was a metre away and now I’m screwed. It's the worst out of all the devices and connections I have. Constantly have to re-pair the device or restart my phone. I have spoken with the technical people but unfortunately no help. ### 1/5 — App settings/limited solar data/no export *2026-02-03* Hoping for improvements to make this useful. 1. Each time you open the app, it reverts back to Celsius units, and you have to reset the app settings change back to Fahrenheit units. But it doesn’t save this app settings change when you close the app or the app looses connection. So every time you open the app it resets to Celsius, and you have to under settings select Fahrenheit units again. 2. You only get daily solar data, and not hourly solar data like you do for battery state of charge. This makes it hard to troubleshoot or monitor your solar performance. You also only get 8 days of solar total production data. For state of charge of the battery you get hourly data for the last 24 hrs, and then 30 days of daily sum data. It would be nice to get hourly data for solar for the past 24 hours too. It would be especially helpful to have the hourly data not just for the past 24 hours, but for past days for not only solar, but also state of charge, so you can 1) troubleshoot, 2)monitor consumption to manage use, 3)track solar performance. 3. I see no way to export the solar and state of charge data. It would be nice to be able to export the data so you can have historic data to troubleshoot, manage the performance, track battery health, and track consumption needs by knowing the history. Especially since you only get access to the last 30 days of daily state of battery charge and 8 days of total daily solar production. ### 1/5 — Blue-tooth BLE not configured *2025-12-20* I can’t connect to the device, app is crashing and I have restarted and reset both phone and device with no luck. Controls are great. Bluetooth connectivity is a total disaster. It randomly loses connectivity and gets into an endless loop trying to reconnect. Why are there separate apps for config and use? It is nearly entirely useless but necessary for configuring. My biggest issue is the app name is now ‘User’ which makes launching it with Siri a massive pain.
