The auto capture for check deposits is absolute trash. Doesn’t pick up certain checks from various institutions (Tri counties bank for example) and there is no option to manually capture until you’ve tried the auto capture a million times and it doesn’t work. Super annoying. Also there is no option on the app to lock your card if any potentially fraudulent charges are made. Why even update?

The new update was completely unnecessary, especially considering it was shut down for like five days to transfer it over. The biggest issue I have currently aside from all the unnecessary features is the automatic check pictures for deposits, it doesn’t recognize certain checks and keeps saying “please show front of check with all the numbers”, yea, they’re all there and visible and that IS the front of the check…. Maybe fix the programming… also it completely messed up all of my quick books entries for the entire year. This update was a waste of time and money. Updates are supposed to make things better not worse for the customer. Between this and basically earning zero interest on cash AND not getting approved for loans with years of business income history I am seriously considering switching financial institutions to somewhere else worth while.

Been locked due to the update? Same password and username I’ve always been using. I’m hearing other people are having the same issue.

After entering all the info screen goes white and stays white. Deleted app, entered all the info again, same out come. White screen, never loads.

Firstly, the app asked for my access ID. I know my user ID but for some reason they changed it. I wouldn’t have figured it out had it not been for my mom telling me there was no capitals in it. Then they asked me to enter in all of my info again, which I did. It gets stuck on a white screen every. Single. Time. I’m honestly so fed up with this app. IMO there was no reason to change it
