Don't take it the wrong way, but what they sold me was that they would be more professional, that they would take my measurements, that we would talk about my goal and based on that, a plan would be made. This didn't happen. The training was good, but the girl hadn't even read my file. We spent about an hour doing it when I signed up.
I don't think this will work like it's supposed to, they said it would.
