This app is not totally useless. I ordered some items from this app, but they even didn’t send me any updates. I urgently needed that item. I waited for 3-4 days and ordered from another store. 
If you can’t handle the order or you don’t know that if someone order some items then you have to deliver it to them; then you shouldn’t have to operate these kinds of online shopping application.

Worst service ever.. its been 7 days and they didn’t delivered the oximeter.. I called them daily and they used to say we will deliver today.. Later on I bought form outside and canceled the order.. Think twice before ordering from this app..
