It won’t take my password. I do the forget password and I never get the email to reset it.

We have a reed’s here in Laurel MS but that location is not available on this app. I don’t know how to set up my account and my medications if I can’t find the right location. Any ideas??

How can I find out if my prescription is ready using your app? Can’t find it. This app isn’t much use.

I love being able to submit refills online. However, I gave 4 stars because the app doesn’t show when prescriptions are ready to be picked up, nor does it show refill notifications. Other than that, I love Reeds Pharmacy and their customer service is on point!! So happy to have switched from CVS to Reeds!!
