Now it won’t recognize my log in info and there is no Forgot Password or anything else to help, I’ve lost all my tracking and now need to find an app that actually has support. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share this — I’m really sorry for the frustration this update caused you. Losing access to your account and your tracking data is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. There was no data deletion on our side with this update. In most cases, this issue is related to an authentication mismatch (email, sign-in method, or cached session after the update).
