Also all of my data is deleted. I can’t find any information on support from the developer as the support link takes you to another app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-09-15* Downloaded this and took a photo of a mushroom of some kind, it said it was Duncan then asked for payment to do any further searches 😂 whose going to pay when it can’t get a basics right ### 1/5 — Delist this app *2025-09-05* Incorrect ID, tried another and prompted me to buy. So all the requests to the server were FAILING. I am sorry for the inconvenience. You should be able to update to the new version within 24h and have a fully functioning ID system and a newer/better model. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused, as i am quite annoyed myself as i've obviously lost money and trust from you guys because of this issue. Thank you for understanding and I hope you consider retrying your identifications. Dive mode is really handy to see what you’re looking at ### 5/5 — Phenomenal app! *2025-06-09* I love this app. It is fast and convenient. Instead of posting in forums and waiting on people to tell you want type of coral you have just take a picture and upload it to the app and it’ll tell you in seconds what it is. It’s truly amazing. And you can have a log of all your identifications which is a game changer in this industry to have all the info you need stored for anytime you need to go back and look at care requirements and everything like that.
