Couldn’t find it. When to FAQs and they’re blank. The wi fi connection makes them actually very hard to use compared to non connected devices. Anywhere *2026-06-12, version 8.0.0* Let’s ignore all of the six-year-old reviews that are giving this app one star. This app has come a long long way, the functionality is amazing. The controls are great. They’re constantly adding new devices and integrating them into the ReefBeat app. My only request. Is that they add native landscape support for things like iPads cause then this would be awesome and I can use an iPad to have a control panel ### 5/5 — The best *2026-05-20, version 8.0.0* This is the best most user friendly equipment. I am brand new to this and went all out and built myself a custom 400 plus gallon tank. All the equipment I bought is from RedSea and it’s all been top notch super user friendly and overall some really good looking stuff. Support has been great helping me to learn how to use everything. The few little issues I had they helped me fix right away. The app is so easy to use very good quality. ### 5/5 — Read this review *2026-05-01, version 8.0.0* I can sum up this app in just a few words. “Puerile slop with a nice cover…” Set up a new account, prepare for password requirements to fail over and over. Minimum of 8 characters, 1 number and one special character. Yeah I spent about 15 minutes on this before it finally let me through. The best method is your words with capital letter, special character and then numbers in that order exactly. After WiFi connectivity is set up, prepare for scheduling, yourself only with the apps scheduling and wasting loads of time. Scheduling here is more like an after thought. The entire scheduling sequence, needs to be redesigned. It will allow you to create custom programs. But even when you set up sunrise and sunset times, it refuses to let me enter the time slot times between them. My Aqueon smart light and its BlueIQ user interface and its functionality, is light years ahead of this. Scheduling is a breeze, and you have full control of all aspects of the lights behavior. It may be that their non lighting products work better in the app. I would not count on it. Looks like the companies reputation for junk software was dead on. I cannot overstate this enough. A fundamentally bad user experience awaits you. I DO not know how it is possible that the developers behind this app thought it was ready for release. I’m an avid user of PixInsight, a high level image processing app for processing astronomical data. It has a high learning curve, and takes time to master. It relies heavily on scripting. I also do coding with windows apps. I can tell you, this app, was created using the laziest way possible.
