This is because you are too close to your subject. Once you zoom past 4.0x, the iPhone automatically switches to the telephoto lens, which has a minimum focus distance of approximately 70cm. If the distance is less than this, it will be unable to lock focus.This is a physical limitation of the iPhone's hardware, rather than an issue with our app. You can either move further away to use the telephoto lens, or update our app to version 2.0.0, which allows you to continue using the main camera for shots at 3.9x zoom and beyond ### 1/5 — Very invasive to privacy *2026-02-04* I ran the privacy policy of this app in Chat gpt.
