Tried to use to upload ICP test results.  Says I need to add my preferences. When I click on preferences in the app I get an error popup. Failed to fetch preferences check connection.

The app does not even have a feature for uploading ICP test results. If you were trying to use the web version, that feature is available there, but it is not part of the current app.
