Every time I click on it it just glitches out and nothing happens. ### 2/5 — Was good at one point *2022-09-25, version 22.9.0* I've had this app for a couple years. The original version was great, but the constant reworks and updates to the app are not. Maybe I'm getting old but each update is more confusing than the last, and more expensive. I'm going back to pen and paper. Unsubscribed. ### 4/5 — Nice little tracker, but needs some improvements *2020-07-07* Looks like the deletion of an entry does not work, tried deleting an entry multiple times, but no success. (Update: need to terminate the app and relaunch to get the update) Cannot change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY, a bit confusing when you are used to a different format. Hopefully these get implemented/fixed. ### 4/5 — First impression *2020-07-01, version 20.5.1* I just downloaded this and tried my first test, ammonia from Salifert. The linked video in the test section is wrong, you should check it, it shows Melev’s reef saying he should get more tests (?). The instructions for the Salifert ammonia kit are for the NH4 kit, I have the NH3 which has different instructions. Maybe you could specify this because it might be confusing, all online stores sell the NH3 kit as standard ammonia test. I’m able to access my customer account, and see the heartbeat of their tank. I highly recommend it for all users. A friend of mine recommended the app, and I’m so happy I got it. I specially like how I can log all my data and always have it available for future reference! I feel that I have better control of my tank, without having a controller. Not great. *2019-09-12, version 19.8.2* Reef Trace works well enough and stores my data to the cloud. However, it seems to take longer than it should to enter and change information. + The quicklog feature is an improvement - Test kit type is not saved and must be entered for each test log for every test - Switching between tank log profiles takes four clicks - No immediate indication as to which profile is current. I have tried contacting them via Facebook , Their email address, and through their website. They have not responded to any of them. In fact, their email shows as “undeliverable”. All of my data is tied up in this app and I cannot access it until they fix it. Very frustrating. Used to be a good app, but not anymore. **Developer response:** Sorry to learn you faced issues. It’s very complicated and takes lots of time to log the parameters. It’s quicker to just manually write on a peace of paper. But anyways I was just very briefly on the app and I deleted it of my phone . And I was denied a refund 2 times . Completely ripped me off SMH ### 1/5 — Not working *2021-04-21, version 21.2.0* Partner with eXact iDip, not east to get to work together, sensafe helped on their end, but now I’m waiting on ReefTrace. Their website support form is broken, Sensafe sent me their email address so I could contact them. It would be nice if there were instructions. Looking a waste of money, first you have to purchase the app then if you want it to work with a controller you’ll have to purchase a yearly subscription. Waste of money. I’m setting it up and every time I go to add a new parameter field the Ap crashes. All the other parameters came out as no log. It’s simple enough to use, and has a pretty nice UI. In particular, I’ve found that it works great for managing each of my aquariums, and it even helped me get out of an issue before it even started. I had some issues with the upgrade this last time. I contacted them, and they responded right away.
