I didn't want to buy it, I used the trial days and they automatically sold it to me, I wanted to ask for my money back and they denied it, I tried to use it "since I have it" and the images always freeze or the templates don't download, it's rubbish ,no working ,

I am paid customer. They charged money first day and even after multiple complaints regarding charges they didn’t refund back.
I tried to use it and no templates work or it gets completely destroyed. Now finally after multiple complaints through WhatsApp channel and gmail, finally complained to Australia consumer forum. Hope i will get refund now and they will not charge illegally.
