When you are ready, chart a crossing to the Far Isles — a lagoon like glass, a reef in permanent storm, a drowned market that trades in bait, and a cove where the moon decides what bites. One fish in a hundred surfaces shiny, worth ten times the rest. A CREW WORTH KEEPING Granny Marlin knits between bites and never misses. Captain Whiskers is a cat with a fishing rod (don't ask). Eight in all, each waiting a little further out — an otter, an owl, and a few you will have to sail for. FOR THE PATIENT Nine named fish carry a grudge. They escape on purpose, sizing you up across several encounters, and the feud survives every voyage you take. Forty-four pieces of gear. A lighthouse to rebuild one floor at a time.
