## What is Reel Reset?

Reel Reset helps you be more intentional on your phone by encouraging you to Reset before opening selected apps. Stop scrolling mindlessly and focus on what's important.

A normal app blocker prevents you from going on apps. Reel Reset lets you choose but encourages you to be more intentional and more mindful about how you spend your time.
